I don’t have much – do I still need a Will?

The short answer is yes!  If you don’t have a Will you might want to the think about the following:

• Who will make arrangements and deal with your possessions when you die?
• Will they know your wishes to be able to complete these tasks?
• Who is going to pay for your funeral arrangements and what sort of funeral would you like?
• Will you be leaving your loved ones in debt?
• Who is going to care for your children or pets?
